Kathleen Thorson

Board Member

Kathleen Thorson is a finance and accounting professional living in Dallas, TX with her husband and two daughters. Early in her career, corporate citizenship and service became a foundational component of how Kathleen supported and became more knowledgeable about the people and community needs that faced Dallas and beyond. After a 20-year career at Texas Instruments in global roles ranging from business and manufacturing operations to strategic business entity controller, Kathleen’s next chapter is focused on utilizing her operational and financial expertise to support the community and projects she loves. Currently, Kathleen is on the Ursuline Academy of Dallas Foundation Board of Trustees serving on the finance committee, and additionally, spends time managing charitable projects for her church, Girl Scouts, and local organizations.
