Carmen R. Kahale is an associate director - communications at AT&T. Carmen R. Kahale is passionate about people. Whether it's through one-on-one
conversations or more formally through written or visual communications, it's how
she connects and builds lasting relationships. Her passion has provided her so many
opportunities here at AT&T.
Carmen has provided executive support to top company leaders through corporate
communications, internal and external storytelling, creating content to drive strategy and
humanizing the brand.
In her executive support role, Carmen was also responsible for the overall communications
strategy for the Digital, Retail and Care organization as well as championing the frontline by
elevating the work they do through the Frontline Champion program.
Carmen has extensive project, program, and people management experience. Her focus has
been training and development; integrity and compliance and creating personalized solutions
that drive performance across multiple channels.
She has also led career development programs to engage employees and help them see all
the opportunities AT&T has to offer. Employee engagement has always been a top priority
for her whether it’s driving an Inspired & Engaged culture for the call center and retail
organizations or most recently, spearheading the New Hire Engagement Program. Carmen
has managed, coached, and developed so many employees over the years and is always
excited for the next opportunity to make a difference!
Carmen resides in Dallas, TX with her husband Michel and two children, Mila (10) and Liam (8).
She has a huge love for family. On weekends, you’ll be sure to find her on a soccer, baseball or
football field cheering on her kids and their teammates. She also makes time to feed her
creativity through painting, cooking or charcuterie board making.
